    The Romeos Retail Group is a dynamic independent retailer, trading with multiple supermarkets in SA NSW. Located in North Adelaide, the Romeos Retail Group is seeking a Full Time, experienced Accounts Payable Officer with a minimum of 3 years experience, a strong work ethic, proficiency in MYOB and confident communication skills to join our results orientated friendly and supportive team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Accounts payable processing and reconciling on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis Accurate data entry of supplier invoices Reconciliation of monthly supplier statements Reconciliation of bank statements Reconciliation of cash journals Answering incoming calls from customers and suppliers Processing supplier payments To be considered for this role it is essential that you have Previous experience using MYOB and Microsoft Excel Strong Customer Service Skills, both written and verbal Previous experience with or in-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills The ability to excel in a high pressure and high volume team environment An organised approach to work including excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and achieve competing deadlines High level of motivation and initiative This is a key role, working within a strong fast paced accounts payable team, reporting to the accounts payable manager. You must be able to work unsupervised and in a team environment with the ability to manage relationships and expectations on various levels.
