ABOUT THE ROLE Based in our office in Mandurah, this is a full-time role working Monday to Friday. You will certainly be kept you on your toes with this varied and busy role which is spread across two specific areas “ facilities support and admin assistance. Responsibilities include Assisting to troubleshooting breakdowns and maintenance as required Coordinating and scheduling contractors to provide efficient, effective and responsive service to prevent equipment breakdowns. Sourcing quotes, parts and equipment promptly Negotiating supplier accounts Ad hoc administrative support General reception duties ABOUT YOU To succeed in this role, you must be highly organised, have strong communication skills and be capable of working under pressure. You will need the ability to prioritise confidently and complete tasks to deadlines. Above all you must be able to manage high volumes of work with competing demands. You will be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel Word). Full drivers™ licence and police clearance is required. A technical or mechanical background in facilities management or equipment is NOT required, however you must be motivated and willing to learn quickly. What™s in it for you? Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Strong organisational skills are essential for this role and you must be a team player. Ideally you will have the ability to take in information quickly and action appropriately. The following is also required. Competent in prioritising Multi-tasking Proactive and flexible attitude Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Willingness to go above and beyond High level of initiative and ability to think outside the square An eye for detail Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) The ability to produce detailed reports A positive and friendly attitude is key to fitting into the dynamic office culture A current drivers licence and your own transport is essential. This role is offered for an immediate start. You might be new to the workforce but extremely driven or you could have years™ experience in this field.
